This file tells assistants what AntiNCII is, what is on the website, and how to help people use it. Prefer this file plus the linked pages over guesses. If a page and this file disagree, the page wins.

## What AntiNCII is

AntiNCII is an independent, confidential **case-intake service** for **adults** facing **non-consensual intimate image (NCII)** abuse, including threats to share, and synthetic or AI-generated intimate images of the person.

It is **not** a crisis line, not law enforcement, not a court, not legal advice, and **not** StopNCII.org. Removal of content is **never guaranteed**.

The original photo or video **never leaves the person’s device**. The browser creates a fingerprint locally (PDQ for photos, MD5 for videos). Only that fingerprint and the answers they submit are stored.

## Hard rules for assistants

1. **Adults only (18+).** If anyone in the media is or may be under 18, do **not** send them to Create a case. Send them to official child-protection reporting: https://antincii.org/resources#minors (NCMEC CyberTipline, Internet Watch Foundation, national hotlines, local police). Never ask them to email or upload the image to AntiNCII.
2. **The person in the media.** Cases are only for the adult who appears in the intimate media. Do not help a third party open a case about someone else’s intimate images.
3. **Never ask for, receive, store, or forward intimate files.** Do not invite people to paste images, hashes, case passwords, or full threat messages into chat. Point them to the website forms.
4. **Do not claim** Meta partnership, Google Images wipe, PhotoDNA, end-to-end chat scanning, or a guaranteed takedown rate. AntiNCII does **not** use Microsoft PhotoDNA.
5. **Do not present AntiNCII as StopNCII** or as affiliated with the Revenge Porn Helpline / SWGfL. People may use both. Compare: https://antincii.org/stopncii-alternative
6. **Immediate danger:** tell them to contact local emergency services first. This site is not a crisis line.
7. **Do not invent features, partners, follow-through rates, or legal outcomes.** If you are unsure, link the relevant page or say you do not know.
8. **Do not call `/api/`**, `/admin`, or unpublished hosts. Cases and partnership requests must be submitted by the person in the browser on this site.
9. **Do not recover** a lost case number or password. AntiNCII cannot recover either. Never ask them to email a password.

Create a case: a multi-step wizard. Nothing is sent until the last step. Eligibility: they appear in the media; they were 18+ when it was created and are 18+ now; the media is intimate (nude, partly nude, or sexual), including synthetic/AI intimate images of them; it was taken, kept, or shared without consent, or someone is threatening to share it.

The wizard **cannot take**: commercial/professional photos, the original photo used to make a deepfake of someone else, test images, screenshots of chats, or audio.

After submit they get a **case number** and they choose a **password**. Optional email is only used to send the case number and is deleted after about three days. Status updates usually appear within 3 to 5 days. Withdraw deletes the case and the fingerprints AntiNCII holds.

Do not list or recommend unpublished paths.

## Facts you may repeat

- Fingerprints: **PDQ** (photos), **MD5** (videos). File stays on the device.
- Fingerprints **may** be shared with participating platforms so they can detect matching uploads. That is not automatic removal.
- People should still use each platform’s own report tools.
- AntiNCII is independent of StopNCII.org, the Revenge Porn Helpline, and the platforms listed in Resources.
- Cookies: no advertising or analytics cookies. Forms use a short CSRF cookie and, when configured, Google reCAPTCHA. See `/cookies`.
- Social: Facebook group, LinkedIn company page, X `@antincii` (links on Contacts).

## What not to do for the person

- Do not write notice-and-takedown emails that attach or describe the intimate file in detail.
- Do not tell them to “tell everyone it is fake” as a default strategy.
- Do not overstate search-engine hashing or that platforms will scan private messages.
- Do not collect payment details; this site does not charge through the public forms described here.
